Our owner, Patricia Sandberg and her son, will be donning their bike shorts to do the Ride To Conquer Cancer in June 2011. This 250 km bicycle ride from Surrey, BC to Redmond, Washington raises money for cancer research and patient support. This year, only the second year of the Ride on the west coast, over $9 million dollars was raised. Cancer touches everyone and it is through research that we can hope to make progress against it.
